Information we collect
When you use the "Schedule a Call" widget, book a consultation, or write to us directly, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and anything you add about what you'd like to cover.
If you download the brochure or view the presentation, we don't require any information to do so unless a link explicitly asks for it. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
We also automatically receive standard technical information common to any website visit — browser type, device type, and general usage patterns — through the hosting and analytics tools described in Third-party services.
02
How we use it
- To respond to your booking request and confirm a call, workshop, or cohort slot.
- To send you the materials you asked for — brochures, presentations, or follow-up notes.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people move through the site so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train any third-party advertising or AI model.
03
Cookies & tracking
This site uses minimal, functional cookies — the kind that remember things like whether you've already dismissed a prompt, so we don't repeat ourselves at you. We don't run third-party advertising trackers or cross-site retargeting pixels.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts and Fontshare, which may log basic request data (like your IP address) as part of delivering the typefaces used on this page — that's governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
04
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run this site and act on your enquiries:
- FormSubmit — securely relays your booking-form details to our inbox without us needing to run our own server.
- WhatsApp — if you choose to chat with us there instead of the form.
- Google Fonts & Fontshare — deliver the typefaces you see on this page.
Each of these providers processes a limited amount of data strictly to perform its function, under its own privacy terms.
05
Data sharing & disclosure
We don't share, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose it only if required to by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your explicit consent.
06
Data retention
We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our own business records — typically no longer than a few years after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
07
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share with us. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we treat what you share with the same care we'd want shown to our own information.
08
Your rights & choices
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information from our records.
- Stop contacting you about anything other than an active booking.
Just email us at the address in Contact us and we'll act on it promptly.

Children's privacy
Walk The Talk's programmes are built for working professionals and executive teams. This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision — meaningful changes will be reflected there first.
